This 3 week Cosmic Workshop (not a meditation workshop) is designed to strengthen and revitalize your connection to body and mind. Together we will explore online videos and documents on the breath, balance and support, to help start a path to better manage feelings of anxiety and disconnection.
Breath - {Be} - Working with Box Breathing Techniques, we learn how to become aware of our breathing. When are you anxious, when are you sad, upset, or disconnected? Using the Breath, we find these spaces.
Balance - {Here} - Eating fruits and vegetables, while still drinking water. Inside and outside the body we seek to create balance. How we eat is what allows us to stay healthy and happy.
Support - {Now} - You shouldn’t do it alone. Create tools and connect with environments that support you and reinforce your Cosmic habits.

Peaceful Paths is a meditation workshop that emphasizes the importance of stillness and contemplation. It teaches participants how to center themselves, practice mindful breathing, and be aware of their thoughts, feelings, and body sensations. The goal of this workshop is to foster a sense of connection with one's self and with the world around them.
