This 3 session Cosmic workshop is designed to strengthen and revitalize your connection to body and mind; you are spirit. Together we will explore the breath, balance and support a path to better manage feelings of anxiety and disconnection.
Breath - {Be} - Working with Box Breathing Techniques, we learn how to become aware of our breathing. When are you anxious, when are you sad, upset, or disconnected? Using the Breath, we find these spaces.
Balance - {Here} - Eating fruits and vegetables, while still drinking water. Inside and outside the body we seek to create balance. How we eat is what allows us to stay healthy and happy.
Support - {Now} - You shouldn’t do it alone. Create tools and connect with environments that support you and reinforce your Cosmic habits.
